Students are not required to own their own handgun. The Nashville Armory will furnish a semi-automatic handgun, at no charge, or the student may bring their own handgun.

• Click on the handgun permits button at the top of the page. You will fill out multiple state required sections; all of which will only be secured by the state. • Active Duty Military: If you are stationed at Fort Campbell and DO NOT have a valid Tennessee Drivers License, please bring the drivers license you possess from any state to class with you. We will do the paperwork for you.

• All of the above information will also be provided to you on your receipt that will be emailed to you after you purchase your seat.

Our course is taught in our State inspected and, certified handgun academy and indoor shooting range by State and Nationally certified instructors. The Handgun Permit Course is open to men and women sixteen years or older. However, to obtain a permit, you must be within twelve months of your twenty-first birthday and must be twenty-one years old before applying for a Permit. Please note that applications and class certifications expire twelve months from the date of your class. The State of Tennessee mandates class length at eight (8) hours excluding lunch.

Due to New State of Tennessee regulations, you must bring a ball cap and a long sleeve shirt to wear on the range, and you are not allowed to wear opened toed shoes of any kind. Also, no guns or ammunition are allowed in the classroom. When the firearms training portion of the day occurs, we will ask to provide us with your firearm so we can verify it is unloaded before entry to the range. Before you enter our building, the slide of your semi-auto pistol must be locked to the rear and if it is a revolver the cylinder must be in the open position. We do not allow gun handling anywhere but on our range under the supervision of instructors and range safety officers.

Arizona Concealed Carry Basics: 4 hours

This is an entry-level course for those who are seeking “only the basics” for their concealed carry licensing here in Arizona. Whether you’re a first-time student, an experienced shooter in need of your license or one who possesses a license from another state. We encourage you to attend. Please consider that this meets only the basic material that the State of Arizona requires. We encourage all students to pursue a higher level of education to gain a greater understanding of concealed carry lifestyle and the reality that exists with it.

Instructors: All of our vetted Instructors meet and exceed the state’s requirements for firearms instruction and are certified by either DOD, Federal or State Law Enforcement agencies as well as the NRA.

During this course our students will learn and understand the following:

This class meets the requirements for you to apply for your Virginia Concealed Carry Permit. Like all VA CCP classes, this one covers safe handling of firearms, but is NOT a Basic Fundamentals course. Students should be familiar with the fundamentals of shooting (loading,unloading, etc.), prior to attending. We have added a legal block of instruction and range exercises which may not be covered in other CCP courses. Knowing your legal responsibilities is important for you to become a responsible concealed pistol carrier. During the range exercises, you will learn to draw from a holster and demonstrate proficiency with your firearm. Successful completion of the course earns you the certificate necessary to apply for a Concealed Carry Permit, and your CSA Holster Qualification card, entitling you to draw from the holster on the Tactical Range, when it is open for that purpose. This 4 hour classroom/live fire course will meet the requirements set forth to obtain your Virginia concealed carry license. This course teaches a basic understanding of handguns, their function and operation, and fundamentals of shooting safely and effective. The course has been structured to ensure a comfortable classroom and range environment. Classroom and range are located in the same building.


The course is fast-paced. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive the paperwork needed to apply for your CCW permit, as well as your WBISR Holster Qualification Card which will allow you to practice drawing from your holster any time you are at the range.

This class is intended for those who already have a degree of shooting experience with handguns.
The 1 day CCW Class consists of the following:
1. Safety

2. Legal Liabilities (where you may and may not CCW, When you can use deadly force, Current Colorado Revised Statutes, etc.)

3. Moral and emotional issues about using deadly force and carrying a weapon.

4. Firearms Proficiency (Stance, Grip, Breathing, Sight Picture, Trigger Finger Control, Shooting Tests, Improvement)

5. Marksmanship (Shooting Tests and hands on training)

6. Tactical use of firearms and utilizing cover (Shooting Tests and hands on training)

7. Shoot a score of at least 70% on the shooting test and qualify for CCW (expectation of 80% or better)

8. Certificate of course completion with shooting score

9. You turn in a copy of your certificate with your CCW application to the required office of your resident Colorado county. Providing you pass the Colorado Bureau of investigation background check, they should issue your permit ID card to you within 90 days.

The BluCore Concealed Carry class was designed for people looking to obtain their Colorado Concealed Carry permit, or for current permit holders looking for a dedicated concealed carry class. In this class, we discuss firearms safety, basic fundamentals, concealed handgun selection, and a variety of carry methods and correlating draw techniques for each method.
