Advanced Pistol One (APO) is a course designed for students who have a sound understanding of the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship. At the end of the course, the students will be able to draw from a holster, engage the target, and clear malfunctions. The course will also teach students to compress the fundamentals to shoot faster while maintaining accuracy.
APO is a shooting course. Students will shoot between 250 – 300 rounds of ammunition within the four-hour course. The essential gear will be a quality semi-automatic pistol, 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45 ACP are recommend, 300 rounds of ammunition, an outside the waistband holster, and three magazines. Other recommend equipment would be a double magazine pouch, a quality belt, ear protection, and eye protection.

Classes that are scheduled for a week day are split classes. Weekend classes are all in one day. For split classes, signing up for the first class automatically enrolls the student in the second class. Classes are held on back to back days. Course Description: This eight (8) hour course teaches participants how to operate revolvers and semi-automatic pistols and includes classroom and range time. Students learn the rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range rules, one and two-handed standing position; cleaning the pistol, and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will learn basic defensive shooting skills, strategies for home safety and responding to a violent confrontation, firearms and the law, how to choose a handgun for self-defense, and continued opportunities for skill development, and should expect to shoot a minimum of 100 rounds of ammunition. . Students will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Personal Protection In The Home handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, and course completion certificate. There are times when one needs to know a little more than just home defense.
Silver Bullet can arrange much individual tactical training during range hours, by appointment, but some advanced training must be done in group class after hours or early before the range opens at pre-arranged times and dates.

BluCore is proud to announce our Close Quarter Battle 1 class (CQB). CQB 1 is going to provide the students with information and basic techniques to use while clearing rooms and hallways. Designed around single person room entries, we will give you techniques based on our Special Operations and Combat Veteran experience.
CQB 1 will be conducted within our large classroom working with students in a Dry Fire and safe environment. This course will contain a combination of different training guns, customizable training environments, and basic hand to hand combat techniques.
Cancellations: If unable to attend a scheduled training class, participants must cancel via this contact form or by phone.
Cancellations 24 hrs before scheduled class will not receive a refund or be put into another class.
Cancellations 48 hours or more can receive a refund of 40% of what they paid for the course.
Cancellations 72 hours before scheduled class can receive a full refund minus a $25 restocking fee.
Cancellations 48 hours or more can also use a one time only class reschedule of the same course.

Description:
The BluCore Fundamentals of Moving & Shooting course is taught by a Special Operations instructor and teaches Students how to control their foot movement while engaging targets and getting the necessary reps in to start being comfortable while shooting on the move. This fundamental level class lays the groundwork for further pistol training, and approximately 2 hours in length, including both classroom and range time. All skills learned in this class are foundational and are reviewed and expanded upon in further classes. Students should be comfortable drawing from their holsters.
While one of our core training classes, this course does NOT meet the training requirement to obtain a Colorado Concealed Carry permit and does not cover the assembly, disassembly or cleaning of a firearm.
Must have:
Students will need a semi-automatic pistol along with 200 rounds of ammunition and a Kydex OWB Holster. Students are encouraged to bring their own pistols, but rental pistols are available on a limited basis. Students may bring their own ammunition or purchase from us.

The BluCore Pistol I class teaches weapons awareness, ready positions and shooting fundamentals specific to a semi-automatic pistol. This fundamental level class lays the groundwork for further pistol training, and is a prerequisite for our Pistol II and Pistol III classes and is approximately 3 hours in length, including both classroom and range time. The skills learned in the classroom will be reinforced on the range during live fire drills. All skills learned in this class are foundational and are reviewed and expanded upon in further classes.

Max Velocity Tactical (MVT) offers 4 Day HEAT Squad Tactics training events. These are immersive scenario based training events utilizing AirSim professional training weapons. The HEAT Squad Tactics classes involve the practical application of team based combat tactics in realistic training scenarios against a dedicated opposing force (OPFOR).
