Adaptive Pistol 1 (Beginner) / 6 Hour - 1 Day Course
Description - (We only allow 14 students in any given class, to provide everyone the attention they deserve)

Adaptive Pistol 1 is designed to give the beginner shooter the proper handgun fundamentals. Starting with mindset, the class focuses on the core foundation of accuracy, acceptable accuracy under dynamic stress, and how to effectively balance speed and accuracy with proper weapon manipulation.

Must have:

Recommended Equipment
Students provide their own gun and ammo: 250rds Handgun ammo minimum.

Hardware - A functional and practical handgun chambered in 9mm, .40 cal, 357 SIG, 5.7, 10MM or .45 ACP. If available, a spare weapon system is also an excellent idea. Each student should have a minimum of 3 working magazines. Single stack guns should have double.

Note pad, and pen/pencil
Belt (REQUIRED)
Clothing suited to strenuous activity as well as being seasonally appropriate
Rain gear / cold weather gear (seasonal)
Ear pro (electronic preferred) / Eye pro
Baseball style hat recommended
A holster and magazine pouch that will retain equipment when moving (No shoulder holsters)
Tools that work on your weapon
Weapons lube
Water
Knee and elbow pads (recommended)
Gloves (optional)

A functional and practical carbine or battle rifle chambered in 5.56x45, 5.45x39, 300 Blackout, 7.62x39, 7.62x51. If available, a spare weapon system is also an excellent idea. Each student should have a minimum of 3 working magazines.
