The introduction and foundation to all FSC handgun training. Covering the fundamentals of gun handling and shooting, this basic training meets the requirements to obtain the Virginia Concealed Carry Permit and takes approximately three (3) hours. $159.95*
*Intro Handgun only: The price includes everything needed to begin training: (handgun, magazines, ammo, holster, belt, double mag pouch, eye/ear protection and targets). You are more than welcome to bring your own gear or rent a different caliber at our Range Counter.

Introduces engaging targets from various positions, as well as handling reloads, malfunctions, and one handed manipulations. The pre-requisite for this class is CCW, and it runs approximately three (3) hours. $159.95
Must have:
Gear Requirements: Comfortable clothing & footwear, Handgun, at least two (2) Magazines or Speed Loader, Moon Clip, or Speed Strip for Revolvers (3 preferred), Holster, Magazine Pouch, at least 100 rounds of ammunition (150 rounds preferred), Ear Protection, and Eye Protection

Is the follow-up training to CCW, Intermediate and Advanced Handgun. By completing the respective courses, this provides students the opportunity to sharpen their skillsets taught in these courses. Each Practice training runs for one (1) hour. $42.00

Here is what you can expect for your first visit to the range at FREEDOM SHOOTING CENTER:
An amazing shooting experience.
Watch the FREEDOM SHOOTING CENTER Safety Video.
Stop by an iPAD and sign the Range Waiver.
Bring your government-issued photo ID to the range counter to check-in and tell us a few safe gun-handling practices you learned in the safety video.
During check-in, the associate at the counter will assist you with anything you may need: Rental Firearms, Ammunition, Eye Protection (“Eyes”), Hearing Protection (“Ears”), and Targets. If you have any questions about the range rules, simply ask – we are here to help.
Once completed with check-in, you’re ready to hit the range!
Proceed to your designated lane on the range.
If you have any questions while on range, please do not hesitate to ask a Range Safety Officer in the yellow safety vest.
Once you are finished shooting, exit the range and return to the counter to check out and retrieve your government-issued photo ID.
