This class is designed to develop the foundation of basic safe handling & shooting skills with a firearm. In this class you will also learn & impletement the fundamentals and mechanics of shooting and range safety. Our mission is to instill the proper foundation to help you correctly progress as a shooter. Fundamental firearm safety rules. Nomenclature of a firearm including instruction on parts of a gun. Proper loading & unloading techniques Proper grip, stance, trigger control, and eye dominance all explained. Range etiquette and basic range commands when shooting a course of fire. All materials needed are provided by The Arms Room. This class is offered every Monday, walk-ins are welcome. ***This class is HIGHLY recommended before taking a license to carry class, especially for newer shooters.***
