This is an introductory course for the new owner/user. This course provides the new handgun user with the fundamental principles of how handguns function, ballistic information, how handguns are safely and effectively operated, and basic marksmanship skills. The course will include classroom sessions and live-fire range time. At the conclusion of the course, each student will be assessed and provided with information on how to maintain their newly acquired skills. As a result of this course, the new handgun user will be better informed and trained on how to properly select and use a firearm. This course includes all necessary equipment, including firearm rentals.

This course is for the Basic Handgun graduate, who desires additional work on their shooting skills foundation. The primary concentration will be on the continuing development of handgun marksmanship and handgun operation. This is a great course to increase your marksmanship skills. Let our instructors show you the handgun operation and marksmanship short-cuts. We will also help identify and correct marksmanship errors. This course requires a handgun, at LEAST 3 magazines or 2 speed-loaders, eye/ear protection and a long-sleeve crew-neck type shirt. At least 200 rounds of ammunition are required.

Carbine Vehicle Operations and Confined Spaces.
This is an Advanced Level Course for working within the close confines of vehicles and unorthodox shooting positions. This course will emphasize the use of cover/concealment, two way penetration issues, muzzle efficiency, the necessity for muzzle awareness and presentation to the target from a confined and restricted area, such as an automobile. The course will consist of lecture and demonstration of recommended techniques, dry work and live-fire. This class is oriented towards concealed carry and executive/family protection. Students should bring handgun, holster/belt, range safety gear and 400 rounds of ammunition.

Our firearms range is a full 40-yards long (60% longer than most standard ranges!) and is one of the very few N.J. firearms ranges that can accommodate a 50 caliber BMG! For the consideration and comfort of our other customers, we can only accept .50 BMG by appointment and certain conditions.
The spacious 48” wide shooting lanes are outfitted with Mancom’s Touch Plus digital target retrieval system, featuring an intuitive touch screen that allows user control over target distance.
