Membership in the Monticello Rod & Gun Club is granted on annual basis.
Shooting season starts April 1st and ends March 31st of each year.
All Members must present a valid Minnesota Permit to Purchase, or Permit to Carry honored in the state of Minnesota in order to renew or open a Membership. (Active Military or Law Enforcement can present a valid Military ID / LEO Id). Permit to Purchase applications are free (please see your local Law Enforcement locations for details), and Permit to Carry classes are offered for a fee by several of our Members, throughout the year. Processing your membership must be done in person, please do not mail any payments.
