Must have:
Students will need a firearm with 50 rounds. (Students are encouraged to use a low caliber firearm until proper fundamentals are mastered) Single action revolvers are discouraged. Gun rentals are available for an additional fee. Students should bring additional magazines or speed loaders if available

This is NOT a complete Firearms Training class.

Please be advised this class uses .22 caliber handguns.

Range Time:Hands On Action/Operation of Handgun, Dry Firing and Live Fire Ex exercise. Each student will fire approx. 20 rounds.

In this class, students will learn how to shoot with their weak hand only, how to transition from the strong hand to the weak hand, and how to defend yourself if you happen to have fallen or been knocked to the ground. It's very important to learn how to shoot using your off-hand so that you can still defend yourself if you're injured or in a position where your strong hand may be incapacitated.
Must have:
Holster that you can operate one handed.
One magazine pouch (more is acceptable)
A Minimum of two magazines (more is better - less reloading)
A baseball cap (keeps empty cases from falling behind safety glasses)
100 rounds of target ammunition.
Revolver shooters are always welcome.
Rotary speed loaders are recommended.
