This 4-hour course will introduce new shooting drills, movement techniques, and advanced personal defense techniques to students. This pistol course incorporates all of the previous curriculum and adds to it progressively faster moving instruction, and a higher stress shooting environment. This course is great for those interested in advancing their shooting abilities in the realms of both competition and personal defense.

It will discuss cover verses concealment and how to exit a situation in the safest
way possible, and different ways to handle a situation in the most safe and
effective way for all involved.

Louisville Armory offers three sophisticated shooting bays: twelve lanes for pistol and six lanes for rifle/pistol. Our lanes are twenty-five yards long and visibly marked at three, five, seven, ten and fifteen yards to help you position your target. To keep you focused, each of our lanes has an automatic target holder, individual stall lighting, sound absorbing material, and armor plating between lanes. An environmental control system in our bays helps to ensure that your shooting experience is both safe and comfortable.
