This nationally recognized hands-on primary course, created by the NRA and enhanced over the last two decades by DGR Defense was designed to give you the: knowledge, skills & attitude needed to operate a firearm both safely and effectively. We have been proud to offer this course for over 20 years and use it as the primer for our advanced training courses, such as Defensive Pistol Shooting, Advanced Training & More.
The certification from this class counts as 8 hours of credit for the Illinois CCW, but is MUCH more in-depth, with more range time and discounts, than the IL CCW class we offer.
Ammunition is provided for the training guns during class, with a discount on Range Fee's, Ammo, Firearms, & Gun Rentals, during the entirety of the two week span of your class.

The Refuse To Be A Victim® program is not a firearms or self-defense class. The purpose of the program is to help you develop personal safety strategies and will provide you with valuable information that you can apply in every area of your life.
