Description:
This class is designed to allow students to learn the skills, knowledge, and attitude they need in using their handgun for self defense. All use of force updates and legal requirements for CCW renewal course are also met. All instruction is based on tried and true techniques, presented in a safe and fun format in order to fulfill the needs of a diverse group of students. Limited to six students.
Must have:
Functional handgun
Belt/Holster (Duty or CCW type)
At least 2 magazines or speed loaders
• Eye/Ear protection is provided unless student would prefer their own• Flashlights provided, students are encouraged to bring their own
• Rental firearms available, students are encouraged to bring their own
• Holster (Duty or CCW type)
• At least 2 magazines or speed loaders
• 250+ rounds of ammunition
• Targets provided
• Appropriate attire/clothing for shooting activities
• Writing/Note taking materials
• Snacks/Drinks

Two Day training . 4 hours per night;
Concepts:
• Drawing from concealment
• Point shooting
• Combat accuracy
• Weapon failures
• Stop failures
• Movement with a gun/shooting
• Shooting with flashlights / lasers
• Engaging multiple targets
• Shooting from behind a barricade
• Shooting in low light / darkness
Must have:

• At least 2 magazines or speed loaders
• 250+ rounds of ammunition
• Closed toe shoes (no sandals)
• Clothing that doesn’t restrict movement

Description:
Qualification shoot for BSIS exposed firearms license holders and retried peace officers for HR 218 qualifications.
Armed Guards: If you have not shot with Mike before, he will need a copy of 1 proof of citizenship paperwork (Birth Cert or DD-214 or Valid US passport, etc…)
You will need a minimum of 50 rounds per firearm to qualify during the class.
