Description:
This 2 day concealed carry course covers the 12-hour requirement by the State of Alaska. It concentrates on the laws of Alaska and understanding the legal systems, and the areas where the permit holder can and cannot carry the firearm. There is a review of basic marksmanship skills and the proper application when firing a handgun, in addition to the functionality of the double action revolver and the semi-auto pistol systems.
The course will cover the defensive and tactical applications along with the mental conditioning, handling, and operational skills needed to manipulate the weapons system. Also covered are the material on less lethal force and the liabilities. At the end of the course there will be a written test with 25 Q&A with both true/false and multiple choice and a live fire qualification the following day.

Defensive Carbine Level 1 is the beginning stage of becoming an effective defensive carbine shooter. This rifle course teaches you how to rapidly employ a carbine from a variety of positions and platforms. Built as a training lesson meant to go beyond the world of shooting lanes and static targets, but instead focused on real world application. Where marksmanship is critical but defensive mindset and movement, are two of the most vital aspects of the training.

This course of instruction provides advanced concepts and skills for survival in a dynamic, high threat environment. It is a fast paced course designed for anyone interested honing their combat pistol craft. Focus is placed on applying proven tactical concepts and practical dynamic courses of fire. Concepts covered are as follows:
- Weapon Safety and Handling.
- Strong Hand Unsupported Shooting with Combat Reloads.

However, if you would like to bring your quality, well-maintained firearm for qualification, you are welcome to do so! However, please bring matching ammo. ABSOLUTELY NO RELOADED AMMO IS ALLOWED. NO LIVE AMMO IS ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM AREA.
Eye protection if you have, ear protection if you have, a good attitude, and the desire to learn about personal safety and firearms safety. We will provide eye and ear protection if you do not have your own.

Description:
This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of shooting the Tavor SAR and X95 rifle systems.
The bullpup design is advantageous as well as unique but requires some additional training to effectively employ the system under stress. Your instruction will be conducted by members of the law enforcement and special operations community.
*This course may require some moderate physical activity.
